Ray Canales started Canales Flooring Inc in April 2004. He was born in Portage, WI and graduated from Rio High School in 1989. At that time, he started installing carpet for a local flooring company and the rest is history. He currently is the measure guy and installer. Chances are great you will meet him at different stages of your flooring journey.

Heather Canales started Canales Flooring Inc in April 2004 alongside Ray. She was born and raised in Rio and graduated from Rio High School in 1991. After 12 years working as a display specialist at a large retailer in Madison, she left to help Ray start and grow the flooring company. Today, she takes care of all the "behind the scenes" aspects along with helping customers with product, design and color.

Robert Canales joined Canales Flooring in 2016. He started helping Ray install floors as a small child and continues to help with installations to this day. His early experiences with the floor covering industry has helped him develop a wealth of knowledge about all flooring. He helps customers choose flooring that best fits their needs.

Ruth Kopecky joined Canales Flooring in 2013. She currently helps customers choose products and colors that will work with their space. She is only here part time but she will brighten your day if you get a chance to see her!
